We identify with a myriad of images based upon what we see or what someone tells us we can be.

We have learned that our beliefs “create” and our beliefs "destroy.”
Our beliefs control what we focus on, our emotions, what we are doing, and experiencing.
Our beliefs about ourselves can also drastically change based upon whether we have experienced fear, hurt, bewilderment, and loss.
The result is thinking that we are not good enough, not wanted, not smart enough, not talented enough, not pretty enough, or we are not popular enough. The common name given to all of these issues is the
“imposter syndrome." It boils down to fear- that we just don't measure up.
